"How grateful I am that my Insurance man Miles Haiduk came to my car which had a screw in the back passenger side tire. He fixed the tire in less than 15 minutes! That is dedication to your customer rich or poor! The roadside assistance were notified at 12:30 pm and were to come out in 45 mins to one hour. Then it was sent at 1:40 they would be out in 90 min to 120 minutes. They finally called at 3 pm saying they were running behind… so by then Miles Haiduk had just fixed my tire and I cancelled them from coming!!! That is pitiful for roadside. Awesome and I am blessed to have Miles Haiduk as my Insurance agent!!!"

"Do not use this office. I have submitted a request to change agents. The employees do not know their jobs very well. I purchased a new vehicle and went straight to them seeing Miles is my agent. I was told he was not there even though I was looking right at him. I was quoted $113. It went from $113 to $176 the very next month to $198 the month after. I called Miles. He is very nice and professional but nothing was done to resolve the issue he found on the account. I was on the drive safe and save program. My beacon went out so I took it in when removing my the vehicle I traded in for my new one. The lady in the office threw it away and did not give me a new one nor had one mailed to me. Miles was suppose to get one mailed to me seeing I live in Midland and work 2 jobs so I don't have time to go back to his office in Odessa. It has been a month and I have still yet to receive anything from them. If you want a runaround, your time and money wasted; let his team be your agent. If not, look elsewhere. I love State Farm. I had a wonderful agent before he closed his office. I did not have a choice of a new agent when it happened."
